SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Please read these Official Rules carefully. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or submitting your Entry, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Official Rules.

1. SPONSOR:

The sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Driven to Give Back Media, LLC a/k/a The Hamilton Collection, located at 2112 Ferry Rd., Unit 104, Naperville, IL 60563 (the “Sponsor”).

2. CONDUCT; GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the following website throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

By entering into the Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, you consent to the use of your name and/or likeness (voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, statements, photograph, video, and recordings) for advertising and promotional purposes (including but not limited to use on Sponsor’s website and/or Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube page) without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. You also consent to participating in 1-2 vlog(s) and/or video(s) to be posted on the Sponsor’s website and/or social media pages (including but not limited to video of the Prize delivery). The Prize shall be delivered to the Winner in person by the Sponsor, and the Winner agrees to participate in video and media content with the Sponsor, including filming of the delivery. All federal and state laws apply.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on February 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on March 16, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or alter the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. The Winner will be drawn and notified via email within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, New York, Tennessee, Rhode Island, and Louisiana, who are 22 years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). To ride in the car, participants must be 13 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, agents, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

  1. Merchandise Purchase: Each purchase of a Hennessey Venom F5 Hoodie or T-Shirt grants one (1) entry per item.

  2. Alternate Entry (Mail-In): To enter without purchasing merchandise, mail a letter with your first and last name, email, and phone number to the following address:

    Each mail-in entry must be handwritten and received by March 16, 2025, to be valid.

Additionally, all entrants must be subscribed to The Hamilton Collection YouTube channel for their entry to be valid.

Limit: One (1) entry per item purchased or one (1) mail-in entry per person.

6. DRAWING/ODDS; WINNER NOTIFICATION:

A random drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor to select the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of winner selection. The potential winner will be sent, via email and/or overnight mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release (“Release”). This Release must be completed, signed, and returned to the Sponsor within seven (7) days of issuance. The potential Winner then becomes the official Winner only after completing this step. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZE:

There is one (1) Prize available to be won in the Sweepstakes. The Winner will receive the opportunity to drive our brand-new Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution Roadster for 30 minutes, with Steve riding as a passenger. If the Winner is under 22 years old, they will ride as a passenger while Steve drives.

  • Total Prize Value: TBD

  • Travel Expenses: The Prize does not include any compensation for travel, lodging, or other related expenses. The Winner is responsible for all costs associated with reaching the designated experience location.

  • The Prize consists only of the experience as described and does not include any additional costs or accommodations.

  • No substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted by the Winner.

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions or cash redemptions exist, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and expenses related to the Prize.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or injuries related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the Prize.

10. CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

All disputes shall be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois, under the laws of the State of Illinois.

11. WINNER LIST:

The Winner will be posted on the promotion website after confirmation until December 31, 2025.
